A 2-hour support visit may include:
catching up on dishes or a load of laundry

2hr Support Visit
Bite-sized support for a quick reset
Our most flexible option — enough time to make a noticeable difference.
A 3-hour support visit allows for:
multiple household tasks (laundry, kitchen reset, general tidy)
food prep or bigger kitchen tasks
practical parent or child support alongside home care
a steadier pace with room to adjust as needs shift
A good fit for families wanting a fuller reset or a mix of support types.
3hr Support Visit
Balanced support at a steady pace
Designed for heavier days, bigger resets, or sustained support.
A 4-hour support visit may include:
more thorough home support across several areas
larger food prep or organisational tasks
extended parent or household support
space to work through what will genuinely help most
Best for recovery, high-load weeks, or when the list has been building up.

We provide support across Christchurch and Canterbury, with travel charged by zone, based on the km distance from our Central Christchurch hub - 229 Fitzgerald Avenue, Christchurch.

We never charge travel time and our session time always starts at your door.
Our Travel Zones:
Zone 1: Christchurch & Surrounding Suburbs (1-15km each way) - $0.00 - included in session
Zone 2: Kaiapoi, Lincoln, Westmelton approx (15 -30 km each way) - $38.00 add on/session
Zone 3: Sefton, Leeston, Diamond Harbour approx (30-50 km each way) - $88.00 add on/session
Afterpay
Split the cost of Casual Support into manageable payments,

Afterpay is available for all casual support visits and includes travel based on your area.
Because this is prepaid, booking happens in two steps:
