Travel & Service Area

We support Christchurch, Selwyn and nearby North Canterbury areas.

  • Travel within 15km of our central Christchurch hub (229 Fitzgerald Avenue) is included in all support.

  • Homes between 15-30km have a travel fee of $38/session (included in bundles or ‘add on’ to your casual support)

We support further locations by request and do not charge travel time.

A 2-hour support visit may include:

  • catching up on dishes or a load of laundry

  • light tidying of priority spaces

  • simple meal or snack prep

  • practical support so you can rest, shower, or step away briefly


Suited to lighter or one-off support needs, or a quick reset.

2hr Support Visit

A 3-hour support visit allows for:

  • multiple household tasks (laundry, kitchen reset, general tidy)

  • food prep or bigger kitchen tasks

  • practical parent or child support alongside home care

A good fit for families wanting a fuller reset or a mix of support.

3hr Support Visit

Designed for heavier days, bigger resets, or sustained support.

A 4-hour support visit may include:

  • more thorough home support across several areas

  • larger food prep or organisational tasks

  • extended parent or household support

  • space to work through what will genuinely help most
